In July, Ontario saw an increase in housing pricing by approximately 4.2%. Vancouver on the other hand, saw pricing fall by 23% and Montreal experienced a drop of 37%. There may be a shift coming for the housing market. For the first year and a half, purchasers were expecting the average home price to drop. After seeings the market remain consistent, buyers are continuing to make purchasing moves.
